Engineer – Al Tayer Stocks
Waitrose & Partners is a brand of British supermarkets, founded in 1904 as Waite, Rose & Taylor, later shortened to Waitrose. This retail project was located in palm mall, Dubai. Scope of works consisted of complete fit-out works till handover.
Hard Rock Cafe – DXB Terminal 3
Engineer – Al Tayer Stocks
Hard Rock Cafe, Inc. is a chain of theme restaurants founded in 1971. This project was located in Dubai International Airport – Terminal 3 airside. The scope of works consisted of complete interior fit-out till handover
Engineer – Al Tayer Stocks
DIFC FinTech Hive is the first and largest financial technology accelerator in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) region.
The scope of works for this project consisted of complete office fit-out works from design& build, demolishing the previous space till handover
VOX Cinemas at Ajman City Centre
Engineer – Al Tayer Stocks
Project split into two phases, which includes Phase-1 with fitout works for Main Foyer, Main Kitchen, Concession, Electrical room, Office, and Pepsi room. Phase-2 includes the demolition of the existing temporary concession area and building a new F&B area.
Engineer – ALEC
Concourse D has increased Dubai International’s annual capacity to 90 million passengers, and serves Terminal 1 to which it is connected through an elevated rail system consisting of 5 carriages and a capacity of 300 passengers. The Terminal 1 has 207 check-in desks and 4 over-sized baggage check-in desks spread across 6 check-in zones for different airlines.
